What’s Included
Demolition & Waste Removal – Full removal of old cabinetry, tiles, and fittings.
Plumbing Rough-In & Final Fit – Installation of taps, washing machine points, and drainage.
Electrical Works – Powerpoint relocation/installation, lighting upgrades, and appliance connections.
Waterproofing – To AS3740 standards with a 5-year warranty.
Tiling – Floor tiling with a $30/m² allowance and up to $50/m² for splashbacks.
Custom Cabinetry – Includes under-bench cupboards, overhead cabinets, and laundry tub cabinet.
Benchtop – 20mm engineered stone benchtop in your choice of colour.
Painting – Walls, ceiling, and trims.
Fixtures & Fittings Allowances
Laundry Tub with Cabinet – $500 allowance
Mixer Tap – $150 allowance
Overhead Cabinetry Handles – $80 allowance
Splashback Tiles – $300 allowance
Optional Extras
Full Wall Tiling – $65/m² laying + tile upgrade ($22–$100/m²)+ 25% builders margin
Extra Cabinetry or Pull-Out Storage Systems – POA
