Our Kitchen Renovation Package provides a practical way to update your kitchen with new cabinetry, benchtops, fixtures, appliances and finishes as part of one coordinated renovation.

Starting from $28,500 incl. GST, the package includes the main renovation works along with defined allowances for selected fixtures, appliances and finishes. The final scope is confirmed based on your existing kitchen, layout and project requirements.

What’s Included

The Kitchen Renovation Package covers the main renovation work, from removing the existing kitchen through to the finishing work.

• Demolition & Waste Removal – Safe removal of old cabinetry, benchtops, and appliances.
• Plumbing Works – Installation of sink, mixer, dishwasher connections, and fridge water points.
• Electrical Works – Powerpoints, lighting, and appliance connections.
• Waterproofing – As required for wet areas.
• Custom Cabinetry – Soft-close doors and drawers, overheads, and pantry storage.
• Benchtop – 20mm engineered stone benchtop with pencil-round edge.
• Splashback – Choice of tiled or glass splashback ($60/m² allowance).
• Painting – Walls, ceilings, and trims.

Fixtures & Fittings Allowances

The Kitchen Renovation Package includes defined allowances for selected fixtures, appliances and finishes:

• Sink & Mixer – $650 allowance
• Appliance Package – Oven, Cooktop, Rangehood: $3,200 allowance
• Handles & Hardware – $250 allowance
• Splashback Tiles or Glass – $500 allowance

These allowances provide a defined selection budget for the items listed above. If you select products above the stated allowances, the difference may be added to the project cost.
