The Bronze Bathroom Package covers the main renovation work, from removing the existing bathroom through to the final fit-off and finishing work.

• Demolition & Waste Removal: Full strip-out of the existing bathroom and removal of renovation waste.
• Plumbing Rough-In & Final Fit-Off: Installation and connection of water and waste pipes to suit the new bathroom layout.
• Electrical Rough-In & Final Fit-Off: Electrical work for the new bathroom layout, including a 4-in-1 Tastic for lighting, heating and ventilation.
• Waterproofing: Bathroom waterproofing completed to AS 3740 requirements, backed by a 5-year warranty.
• Floor-to-Ceiling Tiling: Up to 27.65m² of tiling, with a $30/m² tile allowance.
• Feature Strip: A standard decorative tile strip as part of the bathroom finish.
• Grouting & Silicone Sealing: Grouting and silicone sealing completed as part of the finishing work to provide a neat, water-resistant finish.
