- Waterproofing – AS3740-compliant with a 5-year warranty.
- Tiling – Floor tiling ($30/m²) and splashbacks (up to $50/m² allowance).
- Custom Cabinetry – Under-bench cupboards, overhead cabinets, and laundry tub cabinet.
- Benchtop – 20mm engineered stone benchtop in your choice of colour.
- Painting – Walls, ceiling, and trims.
